Full halls, good business, top atmosphere From 2 to 5 February 2025, ISM transformed Cologne into the meeting point of the global sweets and snacks industry again - with more exhibitors, more exhibition space and even more innovations! Over 1,500 companies from 70 countries presented their latest creations and proved that the industry is bursting with ideas and energy. With 32,000 trade visitors from 135 countries and a 7% increase compared to last year's trade fair, ISM continued on its path of success.
